 | Introducing our Narrator; SamWeaving a silent life through the dark city streets, Sam is a grey bureaucrat who works within the Palace of Cessminster as a Parliamentary clerk, serving the political masters, humbly and invisibly. But in this smokey metropolis where Victorian street lamps and art deco radios nestle against chrome tail fins and digital delights, Sam watches, records, tastes and delights in the city's excesses. From the greasy offerings of the street girls to the Machiavellian intrigues, deceits and dark secrets of the political grandees, Sam sups at the cup..... and passes it on to us. |
